The research currently focuses on the development of the FOPPA protocol, a modular system for photogrammetric acquisition and the management of 3D models of archaeological artifacts, ensuring correct metadata and annotation of the generative processes of the 3D model within the cultural heritage context. FOPPA stands out for its integration with conceptual models such as CIDOC-CRM and Dublin Core, ensuring the standardization and interoperability of cultural data. The protocol aims to guide the entire data lifecycle, from acquisition to digital preservation. In continuity with this work, I contributed to the development of BeaVIR, an interactive virtual space for presenting and analyzing 3D photogrammetric models, offering an immersive environment on various platforms.

La ricerca si focalizza attualmente sullo sviluppo del protocollo FOPPA, un sistema modulare per l'acquisizione fotogrammetrica e la gestione di modelli 3D di reperti archeologici e per la corretta metadatazione e annotazione dei processi generative del modello tridimensionale frutto di fotogrammetria nel contest dei beni culturali. FOPPA si distingue per la sua integrazione con modelli concettuali come CIDOC-CRM e Dublin Core, che garantiscono la standardizzazione e l'interoperabilità dei dati culturali. Il protocollo punta a guidare l'intero ciclo di vita del dato, dall'acquisizione alla conservazione digitale. In continuità con questo lavoro, ho preso parte allo sviluppo di BeaVIR, uno spazio virtuale interattivo per presentare e analizzare i modelli 3D creati attraverso fotogrammetira, offrendo un ambiente immersivo su varie piattaforme.
